Background – I previously worked with Caldwell’s at my former job and knew they were a great company. I have worked for corporate run companies my whole life so working for a family run business was a big change for me. It is great to be able to talk to top management at any time and get decisions immediately. The experience and knowledge of our staff and management is amazing.
My job estimating and selling challenges me every day, particularly the shade motorization. I get a great deal of satisfaction working on a project from start to finish. It’s satisfying to see a job start with blue prints, then get measured, and finally get installed. It is rewarding to walk in and see the quality window treatments on the windows after all the work you and your team has done.
