Currently mesh solar shades are being specified for hotel and motel windows. Our Premier chain and clutch operated mesh shade meets the specifications. We fabricate the Premier SunShade in our factory in the West End in Pittsburgh. They an energy efficient and low maintenance window covering product.

Beside fabricating our Premier Mesh SunShade. We partner with the top shade manufacturers in our industry: Mecho Shade, HunterDouglas, Springs Window Fashions, Draper Shade, WT Shade, and Halcyon Shades.

MOTORIZATION OF OUR PREMIER MESH SUNSHADE

When motorization is specified we install Somfy motors in all of our Premier SunShades. Somfy is the leading global manufacturer of strong, quiet motors with electronic and app controls for interior and exterior window coverings. Somfy motorization systems are easily integrated with security, HVAC and lighting systems, providing total building automation.

Blackout lined draw Draperies and Sheer Curtains installed on baton operated traverse tracks are still the most popular window treatment for Hotel, Motel and Senior Living Centers. Caldwell’s has made and installed draperies, and valances in many hotels and motels, in Guest Room and all Public Areas. We have done installations in Hilton Garden Inns, Hampton Inns, Oglebay Resort, Concordia Lutheran Homes and many other facilities.

In our drapery workroom in the West End in Pittsburgh we fabricate:

  • Valances – Festoon and Cascade, Austrian, and Roman Fold.
  • Upholstered Cornices – straight and scalloped.
