Background –

I worked in the accounting field for most of my life.  Previously worked for many years with my father at his accounting firm until he sold the business.  I was the office manager that was the main contact for certain clients and focused on processing their monthly income and expenses.  Also worked for PNC Bank and as a bartender which added to my professional experience and customer service skills. Having the accounting and customer service background well prepared me for my current career.

Here at Caldwell’s I handle a lot of the accounting aspects between accounts payable and accounts receivable.  I invoice general contractors on project specific documents that pertain specifically to the customer.  I pay all our vendors in a timely manner to keep up with the constant flow of window treatments being delivered so they can be installed by certain deadlines.  Also help with various day to day tasks that arise in the office that need quick attention.

I have been with Caldwell’s since 2016 and I greatly enjoy working here.  It is a small family-owned business that treats me like I’m part of the family.  It is much easier coming to work every day when you enjoy the people, the environment, and the work you do, and Caldwell’s provides all of that on a daily basis.

Hobbies – Golf, Skiing, Steelers football, and betting on sports
